The initial appointment will be held at the main office location, located at 221 East Crawford Street in Elkhart, regardless of satellite location.  Satellite locations are available as staffing and demand allow.

We offer "satellite offices" where clients can meet with their therapist in a location more convenient to where they live or work.  Contact us at 574-262-3597 for any of these locations
